Meditation for Anxiety
Most of us have experienced anxiety and uncertainty. It can take a great deal of effort and inner work to learn how to approach our anxiety, work through distress and learn to train the mind to be tolerant of stressful states.
This meditation is targeted toward anxiety; it can be anxiety from any source (even and especially your mind). In no way is this a cure; it is a tool. A tool that I hope you can add to your toolbox and use. The more you practice this approach, the better it will work for you.
This meditation can also be used to train the mind. It is a practice of awareness, distress tolerance and self-soothing. Use it anytime to bring greater well-being to your life.
