Rise up
Rise up is a meditation that will take you to new levels of your consciousness. It is an expansive meditation that holds potential and vastness for exploration of the self. Experience your life from a new perspective.
It is recommended that you’ve practiced a mindfulness meditation prior to this one. Awareness of Breath, Choiceless Awareness or meditating in silence would be beneficial. These meditation will provide you with a foundation for more expansive states of awareness. To expand the awareness, we have to start by recognizing awareness.
The more you practice, the more you see. Consciousness has no true boundaries.
It is also recommended that you sit for a short time after this meditation and give yourself time to contemplate. Allow your mind to integrate what it needs to and notice anything that arises. You can write in a journal or simply sit. Give yourself time. Enjoy the adventure!
