Healthy Sleep
Getting a healthy sleep is so important for our overall well-being. This meditation is a gentle, guided path toward deep physical relaxation. As an addition to this meditation, I highly recommend a pair of Sleep Phones. I have used a sleep meditation and the sleep phones (linked above) for years. These sleep phones are great for any meditation as they are soft, don’t hurt when you lay on them and look like an eye mask. I love mine!
