Do you need guidance on how to put on a bra without pulling a muscle? It can be tricky however this guide will guarantee your safety when it comes to bra issues.
Step by Step
- Pretend you are going to put on your bra. Hold the cups across your abdomen, ensure straps are not twisted.
- Spin the bra around your body so the cups are now in the back, the clasp is in the front.
- Look down gently and do the clasp up. Ensure all clips are in and bra is attached evenly (one clip is not grabbing a clasp on another line. All clips and clasps align).
- Spin bra around again so the cups are again at the front. Spinning direction is subjective.
- Slip one arm at a time through the bra straps. Right arm first, left arm first; your body, your choice.
- Lift your arms gently and slide your bra up your body and into the correct location.
- If catastrophe strikes and you’ve tightened it too much or too little, simply reverse these steps to bring the clasp back to the front of the body. Begin at Step 3.
Benefits
- No strain in the shoulders and requirement for extensive shoulder, chest or elbow flexibility.
- Sometimes we aren’t in a position to reach both arms around our back. And you shouldn’t have to.
- Prevention of clasp errors or misalignment.
- Opportunity to utilize your bras for longer because tricky or bent clasps often cause frustration, resulting in reactivity and further resulting in an unnecessary purchase of a new bra. Save money. Stay happy.
- If your life is anything like mine, you don’t have time to fiddle around with a fucking bra clasp for ten minutes until your shoulder begins to spasm, your child is throwing soggy banana at your dog and you eventually just leave, in a flurry, and bra-less
Most women can agree that bras are uncomfortable and annoying. The last thing we want to spend our time on is clasp issues and bra-related injuries. Remember, a good clasp per day keeps the nips far away.
