Bringing Kindness to Suffering
This meditation will promote healing, compassion and kindness toward suffering. This includes physical, emotional and mental suffering. As we all experience the human condition, we all suffer. It is universal. We suffer when we don’t get what we want, when we feel lost or unseen; when we are in chronic pain or suffering from mental or emotional turmoil.
Bringing kindness and love to these difficult places can open up a path for healing. This meditation will assist you with acknowledging your struggles and gently allowing yourself to cultivate love toward those suffering parts. Every suffering inside us needs to be heard. Allow your pain to have a voice and offer a compassionate response to it through this guided meditation.
